Oven- dried Roma Tomatoes

Instructions

Cut tomatoes in half.  Lay tomatoes face up in a cake or jelly roll pan.  Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.  

Bake 2 hours at 250 degrees.  Freeze in bags.

 *May do the same with any variety peppers.
