Peanut Blossoms
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
¼ c. sugar
2# Hershey kisses
Instructions
Mix flour, soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter and peanut butter. Gradually add the sugars to the peanut butter mixture until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients. Shape into balls and roll in sugar and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place a Hershey kiss on each cookie. Bake for 2-3 more minutes.
