¾ c. sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ t. garlic powder
1¼ c. pepper Jack cheese
1 can corn, drained
1 small can green chilies
¼ c. onions, diced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, stir together sour cream, cream cheese, spices, and shredded cheese, (saving ¼ c. of cheese for top).
Gently add the drained corn, green chilies, and onions.
Bake for 25 minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
